Hiroshi Fujita I am comfortable in saying that I look like I have been selling real estate longer than 40 years. Thou shall not be deceived ... I have been selling homes in Greater Vancouver, mainly in Richmond only over a dozen years. Caring about my clients' most important assets has aged me a lot, yet I still have to keep on improving until I make myself as good as well aged French wine, or else I may turn vinegar. Everyone sells or buys one's own home under unique circumstances. Everyone is different and everyone has different needs. I begin with listening and understanding the individual need, then I tailor my services suitable to the need. Giving exceptional service to my clients is my specialty. Selling or buying, I always want the best results for my clients and spend lots of extra time in trying to make it happen. Some Realtors sell a high number of homes. Unfortunately I cannot be that way. Quality service matters more to me. I would rather take extra time for everyone and make sure that everything is satisfactory. Sales are important, but I am more interested in taking good care of my clients, sales or not. My job as an agent is to represent my clients professionally to my best. It takes doing many small things right. It is very important for the seller or the buyer to have a good representation. Some properties do not sell for a long time because of poor representations. I believe that the first class service and the professional representation must come first, then the sales will follow soon or later. That's why I am never in a hurry to sell, that is also a good excuse for not having won many sales awards associated with volume sales. The real award to me is having many satisfied clients. People are more impotant than anything else. It is gratifying that I have worked for many wonderful people. I certainly look forward to working for more wonderful people before I make myself the fine wine or turn sour vinegar!
